Rental of Facilities Information

Damascus Post 171 has two halls available for rent.  The Main Hall is upstairs has a seating capacity of 299 while the Party room downstairs seats 80.

We rent our facility for family gatherings, weddings, retirements, birthday parties, reunions, a celebration of life, fundraisers and in the main hall we can even host bingo.  We DO NOT rent for private parties where tickets are sold at the door or for any RAVES.

Rental rates include: 

a). Five (5) hour block of time

b). Full use of kitchen and ice machines.

Reservations:  Date(s) will be reserved only when a contract is signed and a deposit has been received.  The balance of the rental is due 30 days before the event. The deposit of one hour charge is non-refundable, but will include a refundable $200 security deposit.

*Members of Post 171 and Unit 171 after being a member for at least one (1) year and current paid dues may have a reduced rental rate (subject to approval by the Post Executive Committee).
